How much does it cost?
Initial conversation — free
I offer a free, no-obligation phone consultation of 15–20 minutes. This is an opportunity for us to briefly talk about what has brought you to counselling, answer any questions you may have, and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
Individual counselling sessions
50-minute counselling session: £60
I believe counselling should feel accessible, so I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spaces at £50 per session for those who may need some financial flexibility.

What is your availability?
My usual counselling days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, with daytime and some evening appointments available.
I may occasionally have flexibility on other days, so please feel free to ask.
Location
I offer online counselling across the UK, providing flexible support wherever you are.
I also offer in-person counselling in Oundle (PE8), a calm and welcoming space that is easily accessible from Thrapston, Corby, Peterborough, Stamford, Weldon and surrounding villages.
Oundle is well connected by road via the A605 and nearby A14/A1 routes, making it convenient for clients across North Northamptonshire, Rutland and South Cambridgeshire.
The exact location will be shared when your appointment is booked. Free on-street parking is available.
