What to expect?

When you begin therapy with me, you can expect a safe, confidential space where you will be heard without judgment. Together, we’ll explore the reasons that brought you to therapy—whether it’s worries, life changes, anxieties, or any other issues causing discomfort, unhappiness, confusion, or distress.

Rather than offering advice or telling you what to do, I strive to understand your experiences from your perspective, and together, we’ll explore solutions and actions that align with your needs and values, empowering you to move forward at your own pace.

Whether you’re seeking short-term support or long-term therapy, I’m here to work with you at your pace, helping you uncover your inner strength and find clarity.

If you're ready to begin your journey of healing and personal growth, I invite you to reach out for a free 15-20 minute consultation. This is an opportunity for you to ask any questions about how I work and what to expect from our sessions. We can discuss your goals and how we might work together.

This is your opportunity to share a little about what you’re seeking support for, and for me to explain my approach and how I can help. It usually lasts about 15-20 minutes. A counselling session, on the other hand, is a more in-depth conversation focused on your personal concerns, challenges, or goals. During a counselling session, we’ll explore the underlying issues that brought you to therapy, and I’ll offer a supportive and non-judgmental space where we work together to find solutions or gain insights. These sessions last 50 minutes and are part of an ongoing process to support your healing and growth.
