1:1 Counselling Sessions (50 minutes) — £60 standard rate


Available online or face-to-face, whatever suits you best.

To make therapy accessible, I offer a sliding scale of fees. You’re welcome to choose the rate that fits your financial situation without needing to explain. Paying the standard rate helps support lower-cost sessions for others.

​

Standard Rate – £60
This is the full fee for those who feel comfortable paying it. Choosing this rate supports lower-cost sessions for others, helping make therapy accessible to more people. If you’re able to pay this rate, it makes a real difference to the availability of affordable therapy.

​

Moderate Rate – £50
This rate suits you if you have a stable income but some financial flexibility. It’s often chosen by part-time workers, key workers like NHS staff, teachers and carers, freelancers or anyone with irregular earnings.

 

Access Rate – £40
If you’re on a lower or unstable income, facing financial challenges or other pressures, this rate is here to support you. This might include students, pensioners, people on benefits, those temporarily unemployed, or anyone with a low income.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session to avoid being charged.

Session Length
Each session lasts 50 minutes and starts promptly at the scheduled time. To respect everyone’s time, I’m unable to extend sessions if you arrive late, as I may have other appointments booked afterward.

Payment Methods
I accept payment via bank transfer or PayPal. Payment is due before the day of your session.

Confidentiality
Everything we discuss is confidential and treated with respect, within the boundaries of legal and ethical guidelines.

Waiting List
If my schedule is full, you’re welcome to join my waiting list, just get in touch to be added.

My Environment

I can offer therapy in an environment which suits your needs. I have a private practice based in Oakley Vale, Corby, UK as well as being accessible to the rest of the UK online or by phone.

 

Having trained in different theoretical approaches, I have a Pluralistic outlook to therapy, meaning that I consider no two people or their circumstances as the same, and you are totally unique. In our work together, I will draw upon my broad skill-set and experience for whatever you and your situation need.

The way I work is to be genuine, responsive and collaborative; offering insights and providing you with an environment of safety and trust at all times. 

​

I have worked across a wide range of areas, helping many people through their unique situations. 

I have particular interests in anxiety, relationships and self-esteem issues, loss/grief, and the root causes and impact of chronic illness upon mental health.
